Greg Yurkanin sent me some great photos of his World War 2 conversion game Army and Navy. This game was converted by Victory Games sometime around November 1944. It is based on Exhibit Supply's 1941 Knockout game.
Greg is not a pinball collector per se, and is interested in selling the game. He may have already sold it, but email him anyway if you are interested. He is located in the Washington, DC area.

Army and Navy instruction card. More folks with old games should take photos like these - they would sure benefit others trying to restore the same or similar games! |
