Tired of having to get up to turn lights on and off, or switch off radios or other household appliances? Now you don't have to with the ultra cool 1960's Switch-it totally mechanical remote control device!
The Switch-it was designed and manufactured back in the 1960's by famous coin-op amusement artist Jerry K. Kelley. He has been sitting on his left over inventory for some 30 years and is now making his slick devices available to the public once more.
The Switch-it consists of an attractive sending unit that is totally mechanical (i.e. requires no batteries or maintenance ever). Using ultra high sound frequencies, the sending unit transmits the inaudible sound signal to the receiving unit which plugs into a standard polarized wall receptacle. Any electrical appliance or device plugged into the receiving unit (up to 300W) will thus be toggled on or off.
The Switch-it is thus both a practical tool for your home as well as a neat piece of 1960's pop culture Americana designed by a famous artist.
